As Chandler’s first CrossFit affiliate, we like to introduce ourselves as a traditional “Garage Gym” that focuses on bringing fitness into the lives of many different types of east valley residents. 


We’ve trained local firefighters, prospective firefighters, those training to enter the military, high school athletes (football, baseball, wrestling, pole vault), business men and women, housewives and grandparents. 


We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing the CrossFit methodology.  CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.


What does this mean?  We push, pull, squat, lift and run in and around a 1200 square foot air-conditioned garage.  You will not see any mirrors or machines.  We use kettlebells, barbells, pull-up bars, rowers and anything we can find outside.  


Our workouts are scaled to the ability of each individual.  We gradually increase weight and intensity accordingly, without compromising technique and form.


With patience and commitment to proper technique, we can help limit injuries, while gaining strength and building endurance.
